Make a Difference with Us

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting status inspections, move-in and move-out inspections, and supporting our technical managers with overall supervision of our clients' properties. You will be part of a team where collaboration is key, allowing you to assist each other during peak workloads. You will work closely with technical managers to meet customer needs. The status inspection involves preventive work that the customer can have in a fixed contract or purchase as an additional service. With the Status Inspection service, the customer receives an assessment of moisture, electricity, water, and other installations in all apartments. The work is varied, and you will be involved in planning your assignments. Your tasks will include:

• Planning inspections, including preparation regarding the property.
• Inspecting all apartments for installations such as dishwashers, ventilation, water, sewage, washing machines, radiators, electrical outlets, and moisture in wet areas.
• Documenting and compiling reports.
• Reporting results to the customer.
• Re-inspecting areas where actions have been taken.
• Promoting the status inspection service throughout the market area.

Contribute with Your Skills and Engagement

You have a high school education in HVAC and/or electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in construction technical solutions. Experience working with electricity, moisture, and HVAC is an advantage. It is important that you are sociable and able to create an open and trusting dialogue with both customers and colleagues. You are meticulous and business-minded. You want to help create a good and sustainable living environment for our customers. You have strong administrative skills, and since digital tools are essential for the status inspector, we expect you to be proficient in the Office suite and able to handle computers and phones in your work. You have a good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing.

The position is a permanent full-time role. The location is Norrköping, but work in other areas within the market may occur.

A valid driver's license is required for this position.
